Silva loses World Title for doping

Portuguese duathlete Sergio Silva failed an in-competition doping control test at the 2011 Gijon ITU Duathlon World Championship in Spain and must forfeit his gold medal; 2-year ban reduced to 6 months as violation was ruled inadvertent.
